  • A Field Technician II is a skilled construction professional who can perform a wide range of construction tasks with limited supervision. This position demonstrates proficiency in common carpentry and building practices, operates tools safely, and consistently produces quality work.

    The technician is expected to understand project plans, follow company standards, solve routine field challenges, and assist in training less experienced team members. Field Technician II employees work independently on assigned tasks while supporting project goals, safety requirements, and customer satisfaction.

  • A Lead Carpenter is a highly skilled construction professional responsible for leading field production and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship on residential projects. This position independently performs advanced carpentry work, interprets plans and specifications, coordinates daily job site activities, and maintains company quality and safety standards. The Lead Carpenter possesses extensive knowledge of residential construction methods, including complex framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, custom millwork, stair systems, specialty finishes, and other high-end architectural details.

    In addition to technical expertise, the Lead Carpenter mentors field technicians, coordinates with subcontractors, communicates effectively with project managers and clients, and proactively resolves field challenges. This position takes ownership of delivering projects that meet the highest standards of workmanship, efficiency, safety, and professionalism while preserving the quality and reputation of the company.
